These are public ceremonies held for youth who have completed 14 or more hours of abstinence education either through in-school or out-of-school Coalition programming.
The youth are given the opportunity to make public pledges to remain sexually abstinent. Parents and loved ones are present to witness what is often a very moving and memorable event.
